Business Development Executive

Role Objectives

Identify and assess potential sales leads through networking and market research.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners.

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

Gain an in-depth understanding of our products and effectively communicate their value to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to sales-related inquiries and concerns.

Hire, train, and onboard new sales team members.

Drive market expansion and client portfolio growth.

Represent Broadsy Technologies at industry events, meetings, and conferences.

Track and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities.

Consistently achieve monthly sales targets with measurable KPIs.

Prepare and present sales reports to senior management and investors.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in sales or business development.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.

Expertise in networking, project management, and strategic problem-solving.

Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

Adaptability to company culture and leadership responsibilities.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

Experience with Upwork, LinkedIn, Clutch, etc. for lead generation.

Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage teams.

Familiarity with CRM and sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Valid passport and willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
