Business Development Executive

Role Objectives

  • Identify and assess potential sales leads through networking and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of our products and effectively communicate their value to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to sales-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Hire, train, and onboard new sales team members.
  • Drive market expansion and client portfolio growth.
  • Represent Broadsy Technologies at industry events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Track and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales targets with measurable KPIs.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management and investors.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Expertise in networking, project management, and strategic problem-solving.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Adaptability to company culture and leadership responsibilities.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience with Upwork, LinkedIn, Clutch, etc. for lead generation.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Valid passport and willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
