
Business Development Executive

Role Objectives
- Identify and assess potential sales leads through networking and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of our products and effectively communicate their value to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to sales-related inquiries and concerns.
- Hire, train, and onboard new sales team members.
- Drive market expansion and client portfolio growth.
- Represent Broadsy Technologies at industry events, meetings, and conferences.
- Track and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets with measurable KPIs.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management and investors.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in sales or business development.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Expertise in networking, project management, and strategic problem-solving.
- Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Adaptability to company culture and leadership responsibilities.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience with Upwork, LinkedIn, Clutch, etc. for lead generation.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage teams.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Valid passport and willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
